After a block’s time passes they can still check things off — each one gets marked late and they’re told so kindly. Up to two late ticks and the day still earns its crown coin; three or more and it doesn’t. Leave a time blank to skip that block. Turn the switch off and nothing counts as late at all.
Time allowed to correct after sending back to fix

When you send tasks back to be redone, they reopen for this long even if the chores deadline has already passed. Everything you left checked stays done.

Some chores just take longer. Give one its own time here and it uses that instead of the Chores time above — for whoever has it that week. Leave it blank and it follows the Chores time as normal.
